Shipping
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
  • At this time we do not ship internationally, with the exception of Canada. We are in the process of expanding our shipping capabilities and look forward to offering international delivery soon.
Returns
  • All sales are final. If you believe there has been an error with your order (e.g. an incorrect item was shipped or your product arrived damaged), please contact us at bymassoud@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo if applicable. If you wish to discuss a potential exchange or special circumstance, please contact us.
Are your perfumes sold anywhere else?

At this time, our fragrances are available exclusively through our website. We are currently exploring select retail partnerships and hope to bring the collection into physical spaces soon. Stay tuned for updates.
